Elise, Ice Cream & Ella

After enjoying an exceptionally good Ice Cream Dessert, Ella posed an exceptionally brilliant idea...
If they have Chocolate Syrup for Vanilla Ice Cream why not have Vanilla Syrup for Chocolate Ice Cream?...Why didn't I ever think of that?
We decided to send a letter to the +Hershey Chocolate Company for an answer.
She spent a lot of time composing the letter, we are mailing it and hopefully we will hear from the company...
OK MeMe...what's in this for you? Was my little darling's question...I answered with what a fantastic project it was, great for communication skills, you can take the response back for your teacher to read to the class, it's a great life lesson...dadadadadada da... "OK MeMe...for real...what's the deal?"
OK Kid...here it is.....marketing reads your letter and shoots us a coupon in the mail for Hershey's Chocolate Syrup...Score for the price of a postage stamp!

As for Elise...best Medicine I know of for her "condition". Ice Cream & Ella...

Mom, Pockets & Gloves

I picked Mom today from the Grand Pearle Cruise Ship (Assisted Living)..we are going to pick Ella up after while and go to the Dairy Queen for hamburger and shakes... Having a little time to kill, I wondered how to entertain Mom...it takes so little..
The entertainment started with a cough drop and cold hands,,,
Mom, put the extra cough drop in your pocket (it was an extra delicious one, Berry Breezer, and you can also warm your hands.
Well she could not find her pockets...we looked everywhere...those pesky pockets could not be found anywhere...during the search though we did find something much more entertaining...brand New Garden Gloves...after many minutes of trying to put on the gloves I decided to help....we tugged and struggled, practiced spreading our fingers, our thumb, all together...push , pull, yank and tug...stretch and shove...I could not get the gloves on her little hands no matter how hard I tried,,,,what's the deal I'm saying..Mom looked up and rather quietly said...I think they are upside down...
As you can see, we flipped them and on they went. But I discovered another activity for Mom...We are always looking for "busy work".
And when we finished and she removed the gloves she grabbed her cough drop and put it in that pesky missing pocket...it was right there on her jacket all the time....
